This selection aims to be a recognition of the Group's leadership in strategic communication across Europe. This framework will enable Havas to support specific communication missions for the European institutions within the Member States and beyond, says Havas.

As the sole European communications group based in France selected, Havas aims to further strengthen its position as a reference in strategic communication at the European scale. This success also aims to confirm the Group's ongoing strategy to consolidate its role as a European leader in strategic communication and follows a series of missions already conducted on behalf of the European Commission, adds Havas.

Thinking Europe and Speaking to Europeans

In a world undergoing profound transformations, European institutional communication must meet a dual imperative: conveying a shared vision while addressing the diversity of national realities. With this conviction in mind, Havas has designed an integrated solution aimed at leveraging its entire network of agencies across the European Union, alongside its international capabilities, says Havas.

Coordinated by the Havas Paris teams, this integrated approach combines pan-European strategic coherence with strong local expertise and operational excellence, ultimately aiming to help to enhance understanding of European initiatives and their concrete impact on citizens' lives, adds Havas.

"Europe's strength lies in its diversity. The strength of European communication lies in its ability to build connection, meaning and understanding between institutions and citizens," says Julien Carette, CEO of Havas Paris.

An Integrated Model Serving Key Contemporary Challenges

To support the complex needs of institutional and international actors, Havas aims to draw on the singularity of its model: a tight integration of strategic, creative and media expertise, enhanced by innovative and differentiating approaches, says Havas.

The H / Advisors network, Havas' global strategic advisory platform, aims to reinforce support on issues related to reputation, influence and public diplomacy, closely connected with the Group's local capabilities. The recently launched Converged.AI strategic platform aims to illustrate this ability to bring advisory, creative and media talents together in integrated teams to design global, coherent and measurable communications solutions, adds Havas.

"What major institutions are looking for today are partners capable of understanding complexity, grasping its human implications and translating it into clear and accessible narratives. This is precisely what our integrated model enables," says Raphaël de Andréis, CEO of Havas Creative Europe.

Supporting Understanding of European Public Policies

Under this new Framework contract, Havas will support the communication of European public policies relating to key domains of collective life: employment, justice, health, defence, economic and social transition, among others, as well as the protection of freedoms, the promotion of shared values and the defence of the rule of law, says Havas.

In a fragmented media landscape marked by rising mistrust, Havas intends to contribute to strengthening the clarity and legibility of European action, fostering dialogue grounded in facts and pedagogy and reinforcing European cohesion at a time when competing governance models are gaining ground, adds Havas.

A Group That is European by Culture and by Structure

This aims to highlight Havas' European footprint, with its headquarters in Paris, its listing on the Amsterdam Stock Exchange, and a network of agencies firmly rooted at the heart of the continent's economic, cultural and institutional ecosystems, says Havas.

This deeply European identity, combined with an international presence, aims to make Havas a distinctive player: an integrated, inherently European network with capabilities across the full spectrum of communications disciplines within the 27 Member States and able to think and act at continental scale while remaining attuned to local realities and citizen expectationsm adds, Havas.

"Being a European group today means embracing a particular responsibility: to defend a model founded on dialogue, democracy and openness to the world," says Stéphane Fouks, Chairman of H / Advisors and Executive Vice President of Havas Group.

A Signal of Confidence to International Actors

This selection aims to confirms Havas' ability to act as a trusted partner for institutions, international organisations and global corporations facing complex challenges related to reputation, influence and transformation. Havas regards the confidence placed in the Group by the European Commission through this contractual framework as a recognition of its positioning as an integrated network in Europe, and beyond, concludes Havas.
